Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact software products using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively to prevent roadblocks.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and Stakeholders to define clear requirements and prioritize the product backlog.
- Monitor project health using metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Communicate project status, updates, and blockers to leadership and stakeholders with clarity and precision.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Project Management within the software development or technology sector.
- PMP, PgMP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in a dynamic, remote-first or hybrid work environment.
