Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex project lifecycles from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to mitigate risks and ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate project status, risks, and blockers to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement in project methodologies, tools, and team processes.
- Mentor junior project managers and team leads to foster professional growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in the Information Technology or Software Development sector.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Certification as a PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is highly preferred.
- Expert knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
