Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End Delivery: Own the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Agile Mastery: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage sprints, and ensure iterative delivery aligns with business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for C-level executives and clients, providing clear updates and managing expectations.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Resource Optimization: Allocate team resources efficiently and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master certification is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Project Management within the tech or digital sector.
- Methodology: Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects using Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, and MS Project.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
