Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to maintain team momentum.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to prevent scope creep and budget overruns.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.
- Monitor project KPIs and generate detailed progress reports for executive leadership.
- Resource allocation and team mentorship to foster professional growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Project Management, with a strong preference for experience in the SaaS or Technology sector.
- Proven expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certification (PMP, CAPM, or PSM I/II) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
