Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Manage cross-functional teams including software engineers, designers, and product owners to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify risks and challenges early, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Communicate project status, updates, and blockers to senior leadership and stakeholders regularly.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong preference for candidates with Agile/Scrum certification (PMP, CSPO, or SAFe).
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in the Technology or SaaS industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote-first environment while maintaining high accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
