Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative culture of accountability and excellence.
- Implement and oversee Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to keep initiatives on track.
- Communicate project status, roadblocks, and updates to executive stakeholders and clients effectively.
- Optimize project workflows and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) to improve efficiency and team productivity.
- Drive process improvements and standardize project management best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Software Development or Information Technology sector.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
