Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Define project scopes, deliverables, and detailed timelines using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing clear and regular progress reports.
- Maintain budget adherence while optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our PMO processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in a technology or digital services environment (minimum 5 years).
- Formal Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or AgileCertification) is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban, with practical implementation experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field is required.
