You will work directly with product and engineering leads to turn raw data into strategic business drivers.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning models to production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business opportunities through data-driven insights.
- Lead end-to-end data science projects, from experimental design to model deployment.
- Develop automated dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data analysts on coding standards and statistical best practices.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory analyses to uncover hidden patterns in large, unstructured datasets.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SQL; expertise in modern ML libraries (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow).
- Deep understanding of A/B testing, statistical hypothesis testing, and causal inference.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS or GCP) and big data tools (Spark, Databricks).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business strategy.
