Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for microservices deployment using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD
- Architect Kubernetes clusters for high-availability and auto-scaling workloads
- Lead incident response and system troubleshooting for production environments
- Implement robust monitoring and logging solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
- Drive cost optimization initiatives through resource tagging and architecture reviews
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering with AWS or GCP
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong background in CI/CD pipeline implementation and optimization
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments (IAM, VPC, KMS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
