Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle oversight from inception to deployment
- Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks through data-driven analysis
- Lead stakeholder communications across technical and executive levels
- Champion continuous improvement in project delivery processes
- Mentor junior project managers and team leads
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in SaaS/tech
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and project management tools
- Proven track record delivering complex enterprise projects
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Strong financial acumen and vendor management experience
