Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and design to deliver milestones on schedule
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor project KPIs and provide executive-level reporting on progress and outcomes
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and implement best practices in project management methodologies
- Manage stakeholder communications to ensure transparency and alignment across all levels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in tech or SaaS
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in agile, scrum, and hybrid project methodologies
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with budgets over $500K
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
