Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of $2M+ digital transformation initiatives from scoping to post-launch optimization
- Strategic roadmap planning and stakeholder alignment across engineering, product, and executive teams
- Implement Agile/Scrum frameworks with Jira/Confluence for iterative delivery excellence
- Proactive risk mitigation and contingency planning for technical dependencies
- Financial oversight including budget forecasting and vendor management
- Mentor junior PMs and cultivate high-performing team cultures
- Data-driven performance reporting using KPI dashboards
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ years in tech/digital transformation
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in scaling agile methodologies for enterprise environments
- Proven success in managing cross-functional teams of 15+ members
- Advanced proficiency in Atlassian suite and MS Project
- Experience with SAAS product development lifecycles
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced settings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
