- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups) for technology teams
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations across C-suite, engineering, and product teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Lead budget management and cost optimization initiatives
- Mentor junior project managers and foster continuous improvement practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience in technology or SaaS environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven expertise in agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
