Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Stakeholder alignment across engineering, product, and executive leadership
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution in fast-paced environments
- Budget oversight and resource optimization for complex initiatives
- Implementation of JIRA/Confluence for transparent project tracking
- Vendor management and third-party integration coordination
- Team leadership and capacity planning for 10+ member project teams
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ in tech/SAAS environments
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in scaling Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Asana
- Experience managing $1M+ project budgets
- Strong data-driven decision making with KPI tracking
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- BS/BA in Business, Engineering, or related field
