Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Drive agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to optimize team performance and deliverables
- Manage stakeholder communications across technical, executive, and client-facing domains
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans for complex projects
- Utilize Jira, Confluence, and Asana to maintain project transparency and accountability
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and change control processes
- Monitor KPIs and project health metrics to ensure timely delivery within budget
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- Proven expertise in agile frameworks (PMP/CSM certification preferred)
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience directing cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and drive informed decisions
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of delivering multimillion-dollar projects on time and within budget
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
