- Budget oversight and financial reporting for multi-million dollar initiatives
- Team leadership and mentorship of junior project staff
- Process optimization through continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with SaaS/tech products
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA/Confluence
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise projects
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
