Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product, marketing) to drive seamless execution
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining budgetary control and timeline adherence
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular updates, presentations, and decision-making forums
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize team productivity and deliverables
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvement opportunities and document lessons learned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in technology-driven environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks, JIRA, and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Experience with risk management, resource allocation, and change control processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams in fast-paced startup or enterprise settings
