Responsibilities
- Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure seamless collaboration
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risks with proactive mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through executive dashboards and status reports
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools
- Mentor junior project managers and cultivate a culture of accountability
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and SOC 2 security standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ in tech/SAAS
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and MS Project Suite
- Proven success scaling projects from $500K to $5M+
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation abilities
- Experience with remote/hybrid team leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
