Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder engagement and communication strategy development for executive teams
- Resource allocation and team leadership for 8-12 member cross-functional units
- Risk mitigation and issue resolution with proactive contingency planning
- Budget oversight and financial performance tracking (>$5M portfolios)
- Implementation of PMO frameworks and continuous process optimization
- Vendor management and third-party integration coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive project management experience with SaaS/tech focus
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex enterprise projects on time/budget
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, and MS Project Suite
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for C-level audiences
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid frameworks
