Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management, including scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Stakeholder communication and relationship management across technical and non-technical teams
- Risk mitigation and issue resolution using Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Budget oversight and financial reporting for project deliverables
- Team leadership and mentorship of junior project staff
- Implementation of PMO best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
