Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, including Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Drive stakeholder alignment across engineering, product, and executive teams
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Implement JIRA, Asana, and other PMO tools for optimal workflow visibility
- Mentor junior project managers and cultivate team collaboration
- Report on KPIs and ROI to executive leadership quarterly
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in SaaS or tech
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale projects on time and budget
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (JIRA, MS Project, Trello)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams
