Responsibilities

- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery
- Facilitate risk mitigation and issue resolution through proactive communication
- Implement and optimize project management processes using Jira, Asana, and MS Project
- Present progress reports to executive stakeholders and adjust strategies as needed
- Mentor junior project managers and foster continuous improvement culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and hybrid methodologies
- Proven track record of managing complex enterprise-level projects
- Advanced proficiency in project management software and data visualization tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience scaling project management teams in high-growth environments
