Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex enterprise projects worth £5M+, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Lead Agile/Scrum methodologies with 12+ member cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps with JIRA and MS Project
- Stakeholder management at C-suite level, presenting progress and strategic adjustments quarterly
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes through PMO frameworks
- Manage £2M+ budgets with 95% accuracy and variance reporting
- Mentor junior PMs and implement best practice documentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in project management with 5+ years in enterprise-scale digital transformation
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification mandatory (Agile/Scrum preferred)
- Proven experience managing hybrid teams across 3+ international locations
- Expertise in JIRA, MS Project, and enterprise resource planning systems
- Strong financial acumen with budget management >£2M
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-level experience
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) preferred
- Industry experience in FinTech, SaaS, or e-commerce
