Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation frameworks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and product stakeholders
- Implement Agile methodologies and optimize project delivery processes
- Monitor project KPIs, track progress, and provide executive-level reporting
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope to ensure successful outcomes
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and resolve escalations proactively
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/IT environments
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Asana tools
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with $1M+ budgets
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in SaaS product development preferred
