Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Optimize system performance and cost-efficiency through advanced monitoring and capacity planning.
- Lead incident response efforts and implement automated recovery protocols.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in site reliability engineering (SRE).
- Maintain rigorous security standards and compliance protocols across all cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in AWS or GCP, with professional-level certifications preferred.
- Deep experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Fluent in scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
- Strong understanding of network security, load balancing, and DNS management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements to stakeholders.
