Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage: Direct end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and team efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team resources and manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or Prince2 certification is strongly required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within the software development or IT industry.
- Methodologies: Proven expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies with hands-on experience using Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
