Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables through stakeholder collaboration
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps with clear milestones and resource allocation
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies while ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Manage project budgets, risks, and dependencies with proactive mitigation strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional team coordination across engineering, product, and design
- Implement quality assurance processes to exceed stakeholder expectations
- Generate executive-level reporting with KPI tracking and performance analytics
- Mentor junior PMs and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification or equivalent Agile credentials
- Proven track record delivering complex enterprise-scale projects
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and MS Project Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presence
- Deep understanding of SDLC and DevOps methodologies
- Experience managing distributed teams across global time zones
