Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics and business forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and cloud-based technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and provide actionable recommendations to optimize key business metrics
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices development
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and technical teams alike
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science or analytics roles
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Proven track record of developing production-level ML models
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ completed data science projects
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS industries preferred
