- Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to optimize team performance and adaptability
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships and contractual obligations
- Champion continuous improvement processes across project management practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or software development
- PMP or CPM certification strongly required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with budget management over $1M projects
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making mindset
