- End-to-end project lifecycle ownership from ideation to deployment
- Strategic stakeholder management across C-suite, engineering, and product teams
- Agile/Scrum methodology implementation and continuous improvement
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution for complex tech initiatives
- Budget forecasting and financial performance tracking
- Vendor relationship management and procurement oversight
- Performance analytics and KPI-driven reporting
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with SaaS/tech products
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Asana
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams of 15+
- Advanced data analysis proficiency with SQL and Power BI
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience scaling products from MVP to enterprise-level
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
