Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend systems and microservices.
- Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making processes.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensure reliability, and implement robust security protocols.
- Drive the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a high-volume environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Go (Golang).
- Deep understanding of system design principles and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile, cross-functional team.
