Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning models to predict customer behavior and optimize business outcomes
- Create advanced data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder insights
- Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve product performance
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze large-scale datasets using Python and SQL
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a collaborative data culture
Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics role
- Expertise in Python, R, and SQL with proficiency in pandas, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow
- Strong statistical modeling skills and experimental design knowledge
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark/Hadoop)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
