Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance metrics.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and actionable business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and optimize reporting workflows.
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate product feature hypotheses.
- Automate manual data extraction processes using Python and SQL to improve team efficiency.
- Present data-driven narratives to executive stakeholders to influence company strategy.
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in a data-focused role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including window functions, CTEs, and complex joins.
- Expertise in data visualization software (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences.
