Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups) for development teams
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies
- Stakeholder management across executive, technical, and client-facing groups
- Implement JIRA, Asana, and MS Project for optimal resource allocation
- Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and process optimization
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of collaboration
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in SaaS or tech
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall frameworks
- Proven success managing complex projects with $1M+ budgets
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with remote/distributed team leadership
