Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of cross-functional projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement in team performance
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across executive, technical, and client teams
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of accountability
- Implement cutting-edge PM tools and methodologies to optimize delivery efficiency
- Drive digital transformation initiatives for key industry partners
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience, including 3+ in leadership roles
- PMP or CPM certification with proven agile/scrum mastery
- Expertise in enterprise-scale technology deployments (SaaS, cloud, AI)
- Exceptional financial acumen with $1M+ budget management experience
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or government)
- Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, and Asana
