Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Design A/B tests and statistical models to optimize product features and user experiences
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, data-driven narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control and documentation practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and data warehousing solutions
- Certification in data analysis or business intelligence (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
