Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design systems implementation
- Conduct user testing sessions and iterate designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Create accessible, inclusive designs that meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing 3+ complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies including persona development, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Knowledge of front-end development fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JS) for effective collaboration
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders
