Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise-level technology initiatives
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and design departments
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and drive continuous process improvements
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Stakeholder communication and executive reporting on project progress
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with enterprise-scale technology projects
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, JIRA, and project management tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with remote team coordination and global project delivery
