Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and APIs using modern technologies.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and security standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and monitoring.
- Conduct technical research and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
- Deep experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
