Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions using Python and Go.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define and deliver high-impact features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with a focus on testability and maintainability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Participate in architectural planning and technical decision-making for the next-gen platform.
- Debug and resolve complex production issues with minimal downtime.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ with deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
