Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex software development projects, from conception to deployment and post-launch optimization
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups) while ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and budget management
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, design, and executive leadership teams
- Implement JIRA/Asana for project tracking and ensure transparent communication across all stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes through data-driven insights and best practices
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations to ensure seamless project execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience, including 3+ years in tech or software development environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification with demonstrable application in real-world scenarios
- Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid project frameworks
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget ($1M+ scope)
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives and technical teams
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project) and data visualization (Tableau)
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams across multiple time zones
