Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and cost management across multi-cloud environments
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation with Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD
- Design Kubernetes-based microservices orchestration with Helm operators
- Implement advanced monitoring and observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
- Conduct security hardening and compliance audits for cloud-native deployments
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (7+ years total)
- Expertise in AWS/GCP services (EC2, S3, Lambda, GKE, BigQuery) with professional certifications
- Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
- Proven track record in designing high-availability distributed systems
- Security-first approach with experience in cloud security frameworks (CIS, NIST)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and architectural decision-making abilities
