Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional team coordination and communication
- Implement PMO best practices and optimize project delivery processes
- Drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and reporting
- Mentor junior project team members and foster professional development
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven expertise in managing complex software development projects
- Strong proficiency in Jira, Asana, and MS Project
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with budget management ($1M+ projects)
- Demonstrated ability to lead remote and hybrid teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
