Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of software development projects from conception to delivery.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and product owners.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure on-time delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential bottlenecks.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain team momentum.
- Communicate project status, updates, and blockers to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced software or tech environment (5+ years).
- Professional certification (PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2) is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
