Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, building codes, and sustainability requirements
- Manage risk mitigation strategies and resolve on-site conflicts
- Coordinate with clients to maintain transparent communication and satisfaction
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular site inspections
- Utilize BIM/CAD technologies for precise project documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction
- Proven track record managing projects over $10M in value
- LEED AP or equivalent sustainability certification required
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, AutoCAD, and MS Project
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
