Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation through closure using Agile/Waterfall methodologies
- Develop comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for project obstacles
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through executive dashboards, status reports, and presentations
- Optimize project budgets and track financial performance against forecasts
- Mentor junior PMs and champion continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with $1M+ budgets
- Active PMP or PRINCE2 certification with Agile/Scrum credentials
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project, and similar PM tools
- Proven success managing enterprise-level software development or infrastructure projects
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in matrix organizations with remote/distributed teams
- Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)
