Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle project delivery for enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation plans
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment across technical, business, and executive teams
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with PMI standards
- Mentor junior project managers and foster continuous improvement practices
- Drive adoption of JIRA, Asana, and other PMO tools for optimal workflow efficiency
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and ROI metrics
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with SaaS/tech focus
- PMP or PRIME certification required, Agile/Scrum certification preferred
- Proven track record managing $1M+ budgets and cross-functional teams of 15+
- Expertise in waterfall and hybrid methodologies with agile adaptation
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and enterprise PM tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with enterprise-scale cloud migrations and DevOps integration
- Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making background
