Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder alignment and communication across technical, business, and executive teams
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Budget oversight and resource optimization for complex technology deployments
- Process improvement through data-driven decision making and KPI tracking
- Mentorship of junior project managers and cross-functional team development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in SaaS/tech environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Proven success managing budgets exceeding $1M
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth organizations
