Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Drive Agile methodologies and optimize project workflows using JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Stakeholder management across C-suite, engineering, and product teams to secure buy-in and resources
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining contingency plans
- Implement PMO frameworks and standardize processes across 15+ concurrent projects
- Deliver executive-level reporting on KPIs, budget adherence, and ROI metrics
- Mentor junior project managers and cultivate a high-performance team culture
Qualifications
- 7+ years in project management with 3+ years in tech/IT sector
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required; Agile/Scrum Master preferred
- Proven success in managing $1M+ budgets and cross-functional teams of 10+
- Expertise in risk management methodologies and change leadership
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and enterprise collaboration tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
