- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and status reports
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes using JIRA and Asana
- Mentor junior project managers and cultivate high-performing team cultures
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record managing $1M+ enterprise projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and SAFe frameworks
- Strong proficiency in MS Project, Confluence, and Trello
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading remote/distributed teams across time zones
